制備電池行業(ye)用超純水的工藝流(liu)程


電(dian)池行業制備EDI超純水的工藝大致(zhi)分成以下幾種(zhong):

   1、采(cai)用離子(zi)交(jiao)換方式,其流程如(ru)下:
原水→原水加(jia)壓(ya)泵→多介質過(guo)(guo)濾器→活(huo)性炭過(guo)(guo)濾器→軟水器→精密過(guo)(guo)濾器→陽樹(shu)(shu)脂過(guo)(guo)濾床→陰樹(shu)(shu)脂過(guo)(guo)濾床→陰陽樹(shu)(shu)脂混床→微孔過(guo)(guo)濾器→用水點(dian)
   2、采用兩級(ji)反滲透方式,其流程如下:
原水(shui)(shui)(shui)→原水(shui)(shui)(shui)加壓泵→多介(jie)質過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→活性炭過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→軟水(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→精密過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→第一級反滲透 →PH調(diao)節→中(zhong)間水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)→第二級反滲透(反滲透膜表(biao)面帶正電荷)→純化水(shui)(shui)(shui)箱(xiang)→純水(shui)(shui)(shui)泵→微孔過濾(lv)器(qi)(qi)(qi)→用水(shui)(shui)(shui)點
   3、采用EDI方式,其流程如下:
原(yuan)水(shui)→原(yuan)水(shui)加壓(ya)泵→多介質(zhi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)→活性炭過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)→軟(ruan)水(shui)器(qi)→精(jing)密(mi)過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)→一(yi)級(ji)反滲透機→中間(jian)水(shui)箱→中間(jian)水(shui)泵→EDI系統→微孔過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)器(qi)→用(yong)水(shui)點
三(san)種(zhong)制(zhi)備化工行業用超純(chun)水的工藝(yi)比較
目前制備化(hua)工(gong)行業(ye)用超純水的(de)工(gong)藝基本(ben)上是(shi)以(yi)上三種,其余的(de)工(gong)藝流(liu)程大都是(shi)在以(yi)上三種基本(ben)工(gong)藝流(liu)程的(de)基礎上進行不同組合搭配衍生而來(lai)。現將他們的(de)優缺點(dian)分別列于下面:
   1、第一種(zhong)采用離子交換樹脂其優點(dian)在于初投(tou)資(zi)少,占用的(de)地方(fang)少,但缺(que)點(dian)就是需(xu)要經常(chang)進(jin)行(xing)離子再(zai)生,耗費大(da)量酸堿(jian),而且(qie)對環境(jing)有(you)一定的(de)破壞性(xing)。
   2、第二種采用兩(liang)級(ji)反(fan)滲透設備,其(qi)特(te)點(dian)為初投次比采用離子(zi)交換樹脂方(fang)式要高,但(dan)無須樹脂再生。其(qi)缺(que)點(dian)在于(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)膜原件(jian)需定(ding)期清(qing)洗或更(geng)換,水質(zhi)相(xiang)對來(lai)說不(bu)是(shi)太高,大都(dou)只能做到1us/cm左右,所以在不(bu)質(zhi)要求更(geng)高的時候常采用一級(ji)反(fan)滲透后面再用混床(chuang)(陰陽(yang)復(fu)床(chuang))把關(guan)。
   3、第三種(zhong)采用(yong)反滲透作預處理再配上電去離子(EDI)裝(zhuang)置,這(zhe)是目前制取超純水最經濟,最環保的超純水制備工藝,不需(xu)要(yao)用(yong)酸堿進行再生便可連續制取超純水,對環境沒什么破壞性(xing)。其缺點在于初(chu)投資(zi)相對以上兩種(zhong)方(fang)式過于昂貴。
